Worst place ever, worst rate, do not open on time, not professional at all

He gave me a price, but when I arrived at the shop ten minutes later, the screen was still frozen, meaning the price hadn't changed. The exchange office went back on its word and didn't give me the price we agreed on over the phone. Also, their prices are higher than the market, and I don't recommend dealing with them.
