Nice place to stay for food during the visit in City of Ramallah. Beautiful hotel and room accomodations.

OMG! That indeed is a well designed palace..mixing the historical and modern views in one built painting...just VISIT IT! live the atmosphere😍

Great place, comfy rooms, make sure to get the room with a view, the place is relatively close to a large selection of restaurants and fast food stores, staff is friendly, clean and comfy, the breakfast is lacking but the overall experience is fantastic.

fake pictures we booked the hotel via booking.com. we traveled from Germany to Ramallah to find out all what we have seen on the pictures is an illusion. we wanted to cancel the booking once we saw the horrible condition of the hotel, so we went to a struggle with the management. so we had to inform booking.com, and they asked for pictures, but the hotel didn't allow us to do so. Finally, after one hour struggling, we canceled. I gave only one star for the receptionist who helped us to find another terrible hotel.

No elevator. But the room was cozy. Water pressure of shower is better than others.
