Polite staff but very slow service, spent almost 3 hours between waiting my turn and having the service I came for , I wanted to update my data and activate my account only. I am writing my review while still waiting for the request to be done ✔️🥲

Don't even bother I live in the usa I dealing with Arab bank Nablus branch is the worst experience....its who you know

Wait is too much

Worst service. Long queues. Expect to spend hours there.

The worst thing in the arab bank is that premium accounts card holders talk your turn. You wait about 15 minutes a vip person take your turn.
