I have the utmost appreciation and respect for the management of the Bank of Palestine, Dura branch, and the brothers and sisters working there, for their good treatment, quick response, and performance.

Honestly, the employees are extremely respectful and try to make you happy. However, I noticed that the bank itself doesn't care about customer privacy, especially when opening an account. The offices aren't closed, and the phone line that calls out a number jumps every 5 seconds, like a street vendor's. People are listening to how much you want to deposit into the account, and the problem is they refused to give me a copy of the contract with the bank!! (I mean the account opening contract)!!!!
