This place is dirty and have no idea what a real spa is you might be able to fool someone who has never been to a spa before but this place sucks total waste of time I felt dirtier leaving then coming in I would avoid if not you will find out that you will have the same experience no one here has any experience In anything called a spa

worst customer experience ever ! Trying to rush the services without any respect to your choice as a customer and as a quality service I used to love the place but not anymore!

Went there for my friend’s bridal shower ! We had a great time ! Full services great staff Loved our massages 💆🏽‍♀️

Bonsai Spa is by far the best spa in Ramallah, situated in a 5-star hotel (Carmel Hotel). The staff are super friendly and professional, and the facilities and services - including massage, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and more - are superb.

During my visit to Palestine i was lucky to have experienced the amazing services at this great spa. Highly recommended.
