At Capers you're paying for the atmosphere not for the food this means the food is average if not less and the price tag on that Sky High

Great food and atmosphere. Prices are higher than average. Very spacious and has nice views.

Nice place with good vibes, music and warm atmosphere. The location is understaffed and have big time delays in orders.

This is with no doubt one of the best restaurants in Ramallah ! The food was really nice, the place is fancy, staff are well trained and polite, service was so fast, shisha was soooo good. This place is an easy A++++ highly recommended. I hope to go visit soon so that I can provide photos from the dishes they serve and nice atmosphere.

One of the best places to taste fine Middle Eastern cuisines with a nice high view of the Ramalah skyline. The place is pretty active at dinner time, and since it is located in a 7th floor, right under a night club, the wait for the small elevator can be a bit of an inconvenience, but the food is worth the wait
