Has potential as hotel is well situated and many of the staff pleasant and competent; but rooms not cleaned by 4pm twice in 3 days is unpleasant especially after a days work - had to ask to have rooms cleaned and clean towels - need to look after the guests a bit better - a pity the housekeeping lets them down

Dirty moldy smelly bathrooms, shower head not working, toilet seat broken....dirty rooms not cleaned properly....one room we took looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.... When we asked for a refund it was refused....

Service is unproffisional reception guy doesnt know how to do his job, poor employees attention to customer, i do not recommand this location at All.

City Inn Palace Hotel is the best choice in Palestine for holding any buisness conferences and meetings or even your special events....it is worth trying to explore the hotel capabilities and book one of its halls for your inquiry.🎺🎻🥁📞☎️📽️ For me, I had attended two conferences were held at Al-Sharafah hall 2 years ago....it is quiet and comfortable place🏩🌐🌌🎉

Its nice hotel to spend a quite vacation wonderful service and hospitable staff i enjoy staying for the weekend and near the senter of Ramallah i recomend it very hily
