Amazing place and kind service (both hotel and restaurant) ! Cleaning impeccable , definitely recommended!

We felt so wellcome by the Mauge family. The hotel is new, clean and well organised. The service is exceptional. The rooms well equipped and cozy. The roof top restaurant is excellent and the little pool and spa are a lovely extra touch. The location of the hotel is just off the main street so you are close yet the noise from the street is far enough to make for a pleasant time on the balcony. Deffinately a place to come back to.

Full service boutique hotel. The room was brand new with a comfy bed, tv, mini fridge, plenty of storage, and a balcony. There is a pool, a spa and a jacuzzi as well. Service is on point and workers are extremely friendly and accommodating. The real star is the food. You will not find better food in Bethlehem. Everything we tried was delicious accompanied by an amazing view on their rooftop bar. We will definitely be coming and staying again. THANK YOU DAR AL MAUGE.

we noticed a beautiful rooftop terrace, half indoor and half outdoor, at the top floor of seemed a nice boutique hotel. To cut a long story short, 5 minutes later we were seated next to one of the windows. Promptly attended by a supernice and attentive staff we were about to begin a yummie discovery journey through a delicious middle eastern-italian fusion cusine. We kicked it off with Freekeh arancini, shrimps umm al rashrash, roasted eggplants and a fantastic focaccia dar al mauge, continued with fattoush and omar elwan’s tabouleh, closed with strawberry muhalabia and tahini crème brûlée. all truly delicious, kudos to the young and talented chef (I apologize for not remembering his name). improvement area the winelist, not any the same level of the menu. we talked about it with the young, super-energetic owners and I trusty next time we'll be there (because we'll come back) winelist will be a strength of this absolutely recommended restaurant. per viaggiatori italiani: non fatevi spaventare dall'etichetta "ristorante italiano", in effetti e' un ottimo fusion con un servizio pronto e attento che vi fara' sentire a casa
