The experience was good until we discovered that there were mistakes in the game and we wasted about 15 minutes of time. I expected higher quality and more attention from you. There were 3 mistakes, if it was just one we would have understood, but it wasted time and made us miserable, and the game master didn't follow up with us. If you want to maintain your reputation and you want us to come back and advise our friends to try you, this is not right, especially since there was no flexibility in compensating for these mistakes when we complained to the manager. With all due respect, consider this constructive criticism because the place is really nice, and if this hadn't happened, I would have come back two or three times. But it is important to correct the mistakes and find a mechanism to compensate customers for such a problem.
