I started writing this comment after waiting 35 minutes for my order and it only arrived now! First, I ordered three options that were on the menu, but they told me they weren't available. Then I ordered the Chicken De Angelo steak, and the waiter told me it would take 40 minutes and a long time, so I felt like he was embarrassed to tell me it wasn't available. I didn't expect that when I ordered a sandwich and salad after I'd given up hope, it would take even longer. I'm writing this not to harm the restaurant, on the contrary, I hope someone from management reads it and takes customer feedback into consideration. The order arrived 🤩 after about 45 minutes 😅. Some dishes are considered basic in their preparation, but we received something else with the same name. For example, the chicken quesadilla arrived like the attached picture: a tortilla with a piece of grilled chicken steak inside, but it was delicious 😅. It seems they have a problem with the rice; The kibbeh bil laban was served without rice, and the stroganoff was the same. I asked how it would be served, saying I'd had it with pasta before, and they said no, with tortillas! Despite all this, everything we ordered tasted between good and delicious. So, the taste was very good to excellent 🥈 The service was bad 🥉 The cleanliness was bad 🥉 The prices were reasonable 🥇 I hope they improve.
