Very pathetic service and hotel. Staff is very rude to guests. We/almost all Pakistani had very bad experience with them during Umrah stay. Cockroaches wandering everywhere in room while very bad bathroom and kitchen services. No AC was working in hot season

2⭐ for room.. 0.5⭐ for bathroom.. 5.5 👊🤛🤜 for staff.. 😠😠Worst hotel.. Rooms are just ok, bathrooms are very dirty and staff is so much rude.. I told them that bathroom is very dirty please clean it.. They didn't take any action.. Next day when I again asked them to clean it they said if you don't like the bathroom then leave this hotel and find another one.. They are so much rude.. Insane.. 😠😠😠 They gave us the bathroom in the below condition.. 👇👇

Pathetic services. Rooms are very dirty. No porter services for luggage . Bring your luggage to room by own. No soap, bucket provided in washrooms. Washrooms are very dirty. Room ACs are with water leakage. Too much charged in Ramazan . No room service provided even water leakage makes your rooms too smelly. Overall low grade pathetic hotel. Not recommended at all.Booked by vendor carewell . ALLAH bera gark kare jinho ne itna bura salook kia......

Pathetic dirty hotel, dirty wash rooms with no room service at all. Very rude and quarlling staff. Old age lift elevators, which are out of order usually. People dont fall in there trap of 3 star. Its not even comparable to third class hotel. Even they dont provide you remote control for AC . You have to bear the temperature what they set.

Wasn't good enough. The rooms are okayish, but they were unhygienic. No proper amenities, the water heater was broke. The staff was quiet unethical and rude and that is why we had to shift to another hotel(Alfajr1) on second day itself. The only Benefit is that its close to the Haram(approx 5-8mins walking distance)
