I had a truly outstanding experience at the Millennium Hotel in Ramallah. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is led by exceptional leadership and supported by an extraordinary team. The reception staff were professional, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in and every interaction seamless and pleasant. The restaurant team delivered not only excellent food, but also warm, attentive service that made every meal a highlight of the stay. The bar staff deserve special praise as well — friendly, knowledgeable, and always creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. What truly sets the Millennium Hotel Ramallah apart is its people. Every member of the team demonstrates pride, care, and genuine hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel valued and at home. The leadership has clearly built a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus, and it shows in every detail. I highly recommend the Millennium Hotel Ramallah to anyone visiting the city. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. They shut off their credit card devices so you can’t pay by credit card, then they blame it on you as your card declined and then tell you to pay cash. They ask for a certain amount in shekel and when you try to pay with dollars, they calculate it a ridiculous discounted rate. When I asked why, he replied it’s our policy, therefore I replied ya a thief with a policy that’s the way to go. نصب واحتيال ومهنية صفر

This hotel has very good potential, but the service and rooms were terrible. I spent my first 3nights as a newlywed groom and came to find a baby cradle, no towels and an a/c that does not work. I had agreed with them to come as a newlywed to a clean and a decorated room but that’s was not the case. There is much more to say, but this is enough. Will never recommend nor come back I will take any money to caramel hotel. They were to expensive for this quality of service

Room was quite nice and the staff were excellent. I became sick on the first day of my stay and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. They checked a few times a day and helped me get anything that I needed.
