Despite the fact that the hotel is new, the check-in service was very poor, it took us 40 min to chech-in and another 2 hours to get the room keys. We lost half day, and the hotel management did not offer any compensation.

It's a great Hotel, the stuff is friendly and very very helpful. The location is in the middle of the town, there are many shops. We will come back to this hotel, we like this one
